Living My Best Life...

20 years ago if you looked through my kitchen cabinets, you’d find boxes of processed, prepared, unhealthy “food” items (I added the parentheses simply because calling some of those box contents “food” is a stretch). If you sat down to chat with me, you’d find that I had to take a break in our conversation for a cigarette break. You’d also find after chatting with me for a while that I was just generally unhappy, mostly due to the lack of care I took in myself.
